I’ve known Vinay since he joined the Academy (I was teaching there) and saw him evolve from a fun – loving, at times mischievous, probationer, to an extremely sound, considerate and widely respected Education Secretary. His cheerfulness and enthusiasm were infectious and he’ll be missed by many. Our condolences to his family (Karamsheel was in college with me) and wishing his daughter a speedy recovery.
