A true gentleman, with a great sense of humour, a fine officer and a compassionate human being. Traits which make him loved by so many. Will be missed for many many times to come by a host of us. May God give him eternal peace and the family,the strength to overcome this irreparable loss.

Moolie was my neighbour during his Shillong posting, and every evening we would get together either in his place or mine. He changed the face of agriculture in the State as APC, and will be remembered by the officers and farmers for all times.
