Mr. Vinay Sheel Oberoi has been one of the finest persons, that I have ever come across in my life. Not only a near perfect human being, he was an officer par excellence. His efforts towards making the person on the other side comfortable was unmatched. His entire persona was electric and everybody who met him was charmed by his affability and amiability. I found his company so addictive that I used to look for reasons to meet him very frequently. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have served under him and I feel that heavens are really lucky to have a person as pure as him there. Equally unlucky is the mortal earth and his acquaintances in general and the family in particular. May his soul rest in peace!!
